To ensure a smooth experience, please read through our simple hire terms:
Bookings

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of collection or delivery.

All items are hired subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
Bond
-
A refundable security bond will be required for some bookings. This ranges from £50 - £100 depending on the item value and quantity hired.

The bond is refunded within 5 business days after the items are returned in good condition.
Delivery & Collection

Delivery and pick up fees may apply and vary based on location.

Self collection is available on most items. Items must be transported in securely.

Items must be returned by 2pm the day after your event, unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations

Cancellations 7+ days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days from event date are non-refundable and the deposit will be forfeited.
Damages
-
Any damaged, broken or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.

Costs will be deducted from your deposit. If costs exceed the deposit value, you will be invoiced the difference.

Items must be returned clean and dry to avoid cleaning fees.
