Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth experience, please read through our simple hire terms:

 

Bookings

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of collection or delivery.

  • All items are hired subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.

 

Bond

  • A refundable security bond will be required for some bookings. This ranges from £50 - £100 depending on the item value and quantity hired.

  • The bond is refunded within 5 business days after the items are returned in good condition.

 

Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and pick up fees may apply and vary based on location.

  • Self collection is available on most items. Items must be transported in securely.

  • Items must be returned by 2pm the day after your event, unless agreed otherwise.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations 7+ days before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days from event date are non-refundable and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Damages

  • Any damaged, broken or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.

  • Costs will be deducted from your deposit. If costs exceed the deposit value, you will be invoiced the difference.

  • Items must be returned clean and dry to avoid cleaning fees.
